This portion of editing is where I will look at the "bigger picture." I take a look at the manuscript as a whole and focus on things like plot, structure, character development, pacing (overall and within each chapter and scene), themes, and narrative voice.

This is an important step to complete before copyediting, line edits, and proofreading as portions of the content of your story will change in this stage.

Turnaround for this style of edit is typically 5 weeks. 

      If you need a faster turnaround, let me know and we can see if your timeline is available.

      Keep in mind, faster turnarounds will add an additional fee of about $0.001 to $0.002/word.
