How long does shipping and handling take?Please allow a two-week period for shipping and handling from the date of purchase. For those that order a preorder copy or day-of-release copy, please allow an extra two weeks in order for my shipment to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. You can see estimated shipping costs during checkout.

What is your refund policy?Due to these copies being signed, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. If, when you receive your order, the product(s) has been severely damaged in shipment, feel free to reach out with an explanation and pictures. We will work with you to the best of our ability on getting you a refund or new order.

How long should I expect to wait after contacting support?Please allow 2 business days to receive a reply. If you do not hear back from us within that time frame, feel free to send us another message!

Where do you ship to?Currently, we are only shipping within the United States and Canada.

Am I ready for an editor?Once you have completed writing your manuscript, have completed at least one thorough self-edit, and formatted the document, you may be ready for an editor! Still wondering? Don't hesitate to reach out! I can provide some tips before you book.

How do payments work for your editing services?I charge in two installments. The first installment will go out on the first day of edits. The second will go out on the final day of edits. You will receive an invoice on both days.

What types of files do you support?I work with either Google Docs or Word. It is up to you on which software I edit within.

How do I submit my documents?All communication will be via email unless otherwise specified. You can send the Word document via email or share the Google Doc with me.

What is your cancelation policy?A 24-hour notice is required for cancelation. If you cancel within those 24 hours, you will be subject to a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the booked services. Suppose the client cancels during the editing period. In that case, they will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service or the completed percentage of the manuscript upon cancelation, whichever is higher. If for any reason, the editor cancels before or during the editing period, you will not be charged and your work will be returned to you as is.

What if I need to reschedule?There are no fees for rescheduling up to two times but please note that any reschedules that fall within 24 hours of the start date of the booked service will be subject to the cancelation fee. If a client has rescheduled for a third time, a rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied to the final invoice.
